My Thesis!

Actually, my thesis consists of little more than preliminary versions of some of the preprints listed above. It also contains some extra typographical mistakes, an exclusive never-to-be-repeated introduction and, best of all, an explanation of how to pronounce `Livsic'.

Below is a (slightly modified) copy of my MSc dissertation. It doesn't claim to contain any original work, but it forms a reasonable introduction to some of the things that my thesis is on. It's really an expository account of some work Bill Parry, my supervisor, was doing when I was an MSc student.
