Nether North Grain aerial photograph

This photo of Alport Moor shows the revegetation of gullies.

Bilberry revegetation can be seen as the green bands clinging to the top edge of the valleys where peat is thinner and drier.

This photo is a classic example of the inverted relief which aerial photography can cause.
