Introductory Material
It is rather important that you read your way through the Maths Primer, and make sure you are
familiar with the sort of maths you will encounter. If all else fails,
at least have it ready as a reference.
Reading
List: There is no one text-book that covers all the
course, and you will need to consult various text-books and web
resources as you proceed. Trying to make-do just using the lecture
notes is not recommended.
