Regulations

These positions are funded by the European Commission, so are only open to people satisfying the following criteria:

Aged 35 or under at start of contract (allowances can be made for childcare or compulsory military service);
Nationals or long-term residents (at least 5 years) of a member state* or an associated state of the EU;
Candidates must not be nationals of the state in which the team appointing them is located, nor may they have carried out their normal activities in that state for more than 12 of the preceding 24 months.
