    3. Cells can be harvested

  • Mechanical dissagregation

    1. Tissue is finely dissected
    2. Cells separated using syringing and vigorous pipetting

  • Enzymatic dissagregation

    •
    1. Tissue is finely dissected
    2. Enzymes such as collagenase are used to digest tissue
    3. Centrifuged to harvest cells from enzymes
