Project: Population characterization of an in-line emulsifier for structured products
This
experimental project seeks to develop accurate measurement techniques
for characterising droplet size distributions as they recirculate
through an in-line emulsifier. This high quality data will then form
the basis for an ongoing study to mathematically characterize the
emulsification process.
