MATH10222: Calculus and Applications -- Part 1: ODEs
Corrections to Handouts
As announced in the lecture, there were a few minor mistakes in some
handouts. The pdf files which are available on the course home page have already
been corrected. For those who missed the announcement of the
corrections in the lecture, here's a list:
Corrections:
-
Example Sheet 5: In Question 1b, you should show that
A < H (1-(Omega/omega)) to avoid breaking the mug. What I had there
before wasn't even dimensionally correct -- sorry!
-
Example Sheet 6: In Q1c, the "-1" in the parenthesis in the last
equation on page 1 should be a "+1".
If you spot any other problems, please contact me by email
(M.Heil@maths.man.ac.uk)
or catch me after the lecture. Thanks.
