  • Larval stage of flukes T. gondii,T. cruzi

    • Cytotoxic activity, enhanced by cytokines IFNγ, TNFα

  • S. mansoni

    • Kill larvae when acute phase reactants appear in serum before Abs generated

  • Bear Fc receptors and can therefore mediate ADCC associated with IgE
