Coursework and Assessment. Note that the rules are different for foundation year studies and for electrical engineering:

   Coursework and Assessment for foundation year studies (0B1):

• Coursework 1 including solutions and comments on common mistakes. Weighting within unit 10%
• Coursework 2 will be available in week 10. Weighting within unit 10%
• 2 hour examination. Weighting within unit 80%

   Coursework and Assessment for electrical engineering (1R1):

Coursework Test 1(week 4). Weighting within unit 10%

Coursework Test 2 (week 7). Weighting within unit 10%

Coursework Test 3 (week 9). Weighting within unit 10%

Coursework Test 4 (week 11). Weighting within unit 10%

Retests are available one week later.

2 hour (semester 1) examination. Weighting within unit 60%
