Subsamples a volume by an integral factor. Subsampling means picking every n’th voxel out out the original volume. Sinc interpolation with a Hann weighted kernel is performed to avoid aliasing. Options are: |

Specify sinc kernel size in units of the output voxel size. Should be an odd number. Default is 7. |

All data formats are supported, although the volume is converted to 32-bit floats during the subsampling process, so precision is lost for 64-bit doubles. VAPET, ANALYZE, and XPRIME file formats are supported. |
