In a previous paper a summation technique for slowly convergent double
series of a special form has been developed. This paper extends the
technique to double series which can be associated with the
superposition
of source functions on an infinite parallelogram grid. The more
general case of an arbitrary regular grid can be dealt with as well
since every regular grid can be decomposed into a sum of parallelogram
grids. In the first part of this paper we introduce the summation
technique, the second part demonstrates its use in an application to
the problem of slow viscous flow past regular arrays of obstacles.
