MATH10222: Calculus and Applications -- Part 1: ODEs
Corrections to Handouts
As announced in the lecture, there were a few minor mistakes in some
handouts. The pdf files which are available on the course home page have already
been corrected. For those who missed the announcement of the
corrections in the lecture, here's a list:
Corrections:
- The existence and uniqueness theorem for 1st order nonlinear ODEs
was wrong! f and its partial derivative w.r.t. y have to be
continuous functions of both arguments for |x-X| < a and |y-Y| < b
for some a,b > 0.
If you spot any other problems, please contact me by email
(M.Heil@maths.man.ac.uk)
or catch me after the lecture. Thanks.
