Tools for segmenting volumetric images

A set of programmes to enable annotation of regions of interest in volumetric images and to calculate volumes.
The tools are:

uom_overlay_editor: Tool to annotate volumetric images.
uom_label_image_histo: Calculate histograms summarising details of blobs.
