It is necessary to satisfy to the following criteria:

· to have DSc degree;

· to be employed in either a university or research institution for a minimum of 10 years;

· to have a minimum of 20 publications in leading scientific journals, a minimum of 5 of them must be after obtaining the DSc degree;

· to prepare a minimum of 5 PhDs;

· to be a holder of professorship in a university at least for one year.
