β-sheet forming peptides self-assembly video
Hydrogels videos
These
videos exemplify the versatility of our technology.
Gels can be made injectable (left video) or sprayable (right video) and
are designed
to stiffen when in contact with saline solutions (middle video).
Mouse 3T3 fibroblast on hydrogels videos
These videos exemplify the how materials properties affect cell behaviour. Here we have seeded murine 3T3 fibroblast on the surface of three hydrogel with varying physical properties. On a neutral and stiff gel (left video) cells do not attach and are mobile, on a charged and stiff gel (middle video) cells attach strongly to the surface and grow as thick sheet and on a charged and soft gel (right video) cells attach less strongly and grow as a thick sheet.

These videos exemplify how our techonolgy allows us to design hydrogels for 3D-bioprinting applications using sinringe based 3D-printers.
