Quantum Gaudin Model

The main object of the talk is the quantum analog of the characteristic polynomial which is the key ingredient in the quantization of the Gaudin model as like as in the geometric Langlands correspondence over C. I will also describe the role of the quantum characteristic polynomial in the solution part of the quantization problem.
