sokolov@itp.ac.ru In the case of two degrees of freedom we consider pairs of commuting Hamiltonians quadratic in momenta p1, p2 with coefficients being analytic functions of coordinates q1, q2. A general formula for the action function for any such a pair is proposed. New examples of such pairs are presented.
