The moduli space of stable n pointed curves of genus zero was introduced by Grothendieck and has been studied extensively. It is a smooth projective variety of dimension n-1 that parametrises such curves. Here I present a new description for this space and explain using familiar objects from combinatorics and topology how we studied it.
