I am a Lecturer at the School of Computer Science of the University of Manchester, and a member of the National Centre for Text Mining (NaCTeM).
I obtained my PhD in Computer Science degree from the University of Manchester, with Biomedical Text Mining as my specialisation. I also hold MSc and BSc in Computer Science degrees, both from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
Working at NaCTeM, I have had the opportunity to work on the following projects:

- Big Mechanism
- Enriching Metabolic PATHwaY models with evidence from the literature (EMPATHY)
