We are using C. elegans as a model to study how cells adopt specific fates during development. We are particularly interested by Ras and Notch signalling events, how these signalling pathways are modulated, in particular by SUMO (Small Ubiquitin-like Modifier), and how they connect with the chromatin machinery.
