Name: Robert Lea Position: Senior Research Technician Email: robert.lea@manchester.ac.uk Rob obtained a degree in Biological Science from UMIST in 2004, completing a dissertation on the comparison of haemopoetic and embryonic stem cells for therapeutic transplantation. He also attained a masters in Biomedical and Forensic Studies in Egyptology in 2006 from the University of Manchester where he conducted an analytical and historical study of brain removal in ancient Egypt, involving histology, mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, radiology and electron microscopy. Rob joined the Amaya Lab as a Research Technician in April 2007 and also works in Nancy Papalopulu's lab.
