8 miles south of Keighley on the A6033.
4 miles east of Todmorden on the A646.

By rail: 3 trains an hour from Leeds, via Bradford and Halifax. Journey time from Leeds approximately 55 minutes.
2 trains an hour from Manchester Victoria, via Rochdale and Todmorden. Journey time from Manchester approximately 40 minutes.
1 train an hour from Blackpool, via Preston and Burnley. Journey time from Preston approximately 60 minutes.
(there will be fewer trains at evenings and weekends)

By bus: Frequent services from Halifax. Hourly services from Burnley and Rochdale.

On foot: The Pennine Way passes within a mile of Hebden Bridge town centre.
