Research Interests
My research interests lie in the area of non-parameteric Bayesian modelling of omics and other complex data. I am interested in the development and application of Gaussian Processes, Dirichlet Process Mixtures and other Bayesian nonparametric methods on real-world data sets. I am also a contributor to the GPflow project.
