Research in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

Other recent work

Our interests cover a wide range; other recent work includes structure determinations of natural products, the first analysis of the anomalous lineshapes that radiation damping causes in intense multiplet signals, the construction of prototype LCNMR hardware, an analysis of the spatial dependence of the signal strength in Hahn and stimulated echoes, a new technique for real-time chemical shift scaling, NMR measurements of the kinetics of processes such as hindered amine rotation, antibiotic degradation, and bacterial reduction of DMSO and TMAO, and structural studies on model oligonucleotides and fluoroshikimates.
